e-TOC auction - RESULTS
The latest e-TOC auction for RTFCs took place on Wednesday 18th August.
Whilst over 22 million certificates were offered for sale and a significant number of obligated suppliers logged onto the auction no certificates were sold.
NFPAS will be continuing with this service and the next auction will be held on Wednesday 22nd September.
RTFC Auction dates for the next few months are as follows :–
• 22nd September 2010
• 20th October 2010
• 17th November 2010
Prospective bidders who register for the auction will be able to visit the auction site up to 24 hours before the start to inspect the certificates being offered.
Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation
(Amendment) Order 2009
The order which comes into force on 15 April 2009 sets the obligation
levels on total fuel supplied to be:

| 2009/10 | 3.25 |
| 2010/11 | 3.50 |
| 2011/12 | 4.00 |
| 2012/13 | 4.50 |
| 2013/14 | 5.00 |
| Subsequent years | 5.00 |
For the first two periods of the Order the buyout price will be 15p per litre.
