NFPAS e-TOC Auctions
After careful consideration it has been decided that NFPAS will not be running any further e-TOC auctions, and therefore they have been placed on "hold".
This is due to lack of demand and sales in previous auctions.
Should the situation change and the demand return NFPAS may choose to re-commence the e-TOC auctions in the future.
NFPAS would like to take this opportunity in thanking all parties who have expressed interest or have used the auction platform.

Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation
(Amendment) Order 2009
The order which comes into force on 15 April 2009 sets the obligation
levels on total fuel supplied to be:
| Year | % Obligation Level |
| 2009/10 | 3.25 |
| 2010/11 | 3.50 |
| 2011/12 | 4.00 |
| 2012/13 | 4.50 |
| 2013/14 | 5.00 |
| Subsequent years | 5.00 |
For the first two periods of the Order the buyout price will be 15p per litre.
