To sell your electricity in the on-line auction you must first appoint NFPAS Ltd as your agent by entering into an Agency Agreement. This sets out the responsibilities of both parties, the payment terms and the charge made by NFPAS for the service. Having read the Agency Agreement and completed the 'Particulars of the Principal' section, send two signed copies of the Agreement to NFPAS no later than 25 days before the date of the auction. One countersigned copy will be returned to you. The next auction is due to take place on 3 February 2009.
